We provide business and management consultancy to businesses. The content of this website is general information and is not advice for a specific situation. Each assignment is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, schedule and fees. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and to use this website lawfully. Decisions based on our recommendations remain your responsibility.
4. Intellectual property
The text and design of this website belong to 360GrowthLab OÜ. You may view and share pages for ordinary business purposes, but you may not republish them as your own.

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise a particular business result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, and our total liability for an assignment is limited to the fees paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
